Cancellations for any reason by the renter will result in no refunds. We will work to re-schedule your rental, but cannot guarantee a new date will be available. 
Cancellations by the Hoosier Gym for any reason will result in a full refund or re-schedule.

​Step One: Submit email below to inquire renting the Gym for games. 

Step Two: Follow steps on the return email and email the Gym ([email protected]) to secure the time and date.

Step Three: Fill out the Online Game Rental Acknowledgement (to right) AND secure rental with payment. Payment can be either online (below) or by check made out to:
