The Hickory Huskers team photo from the movie still hangs on the west wall of the Hoosier Gym. You can see this, along with many other pieces of Hoosier history. In 1985, Knightstown’s old high school gymnasium became the home to the Hickory Huskers in the movie “Hoosiers.” You can shoot a basket from the spot where Jimmy made the game winner as time expired, walk through the locker room where Coach Norman Dale retreated after being tossed from the game, or sit in the stands and relive the magic of what Sports Illustrated and ESPN called the greatest sports movie of all time.
